Return Process
Contact us within 2 hours of receiving the product
Share order details along with photos/videos of the issue
Once approved, return instructions will be provided
Returned products must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt
If the product passes inspection, it may be eligible for replacement or exchange, as applicable
If the return is rejected, the product will be sent back to the customer

Shipping Charges
